20 years of experience in managerial positions in Business Management and Marketing, in international pharmaceutical companies, as Country Manager, as Responsible for the CEE Region and Business Development Europe.

Since 2003, it has been managing new market entries through licenses and distribution agreements in Europe. In addition, with over 10 years of experience in Business Development Consulting and HR and Organization Development Services. Since 2006, it has been a Consultant for HR and Organization Development Services in the Pharmaceutical, Wellness, Cosmetics, and Consumer Goods sectors. It works in multicultural contexts, with a deep knowledge of American and European business cultures, and a careful understanding of the European environment.

She speaks Polish, English, and Italian fluently, and has a good knowledge of French and Russian.

She has two children aged 22 and 12 years old.
