Nutritionist biologist and entrepreneur in the healthy food sector
I am Arianna Massimino, a biologist and nutritionist specializing in female nutrition and an entrepreneur. After graduating in Biology from the Federico II University of Naples, with top honors (110 cum laude), I continued my training with several master's programs, including one at Harvard Medical School in Boston.
In 2020, I founded Happy Diet, one of the first methods in Italy dedicated to female nutrition. From a simple digital project, it has become a community of over 150,000 people, with thousands of patients supported every year, united by the desire to build a more balanced and peaceful relationship with food.
At the same time, I co-founded Choco Zero, an Italian brand of chocolate with no added sugars, born from the dream of combining taste and health. In just a few years, this venture, which literally started from zero, has managed to win the hearts of hundreds of thousands of Italians, becoming a benchmark in the healthy food sector. With Choco Zero, we have collaborated with brands such as Morellato, Veralab, Miamo Skincare, and FitActive, and initiated scientific studies in collaboration with the University Federico II on chocolate, diabetes, and the ketogenic diet.
Over the years, I have collaborated with numerous professionals, been interviewed by Rai Radio 2, TGCom24, Il Mattino, and other national media, and contributed to the Senate of the Republic on the topic of eating disorders.
My work is based on clear and profound values: health, inclusion, female empowerment, innovation, and sustainability. I believe that well-being should not be a luxury, but a right accessible to everyone. My mission is to help people feel better and eat well, without giving up the pleasure of taste and respecting their individuality.
