Antonio Gusmini

Director of Human Resources at Banca Mediolanum since 2015. Graduated in 1995 from the University of Milan with a degree in Political Science, specializing in psycho-social studies, he obtained a Master's degree in "Human Resources Management" from Confindustria in 1996.

He completed his training in 1997 at the "Clinic of Adult Education" (UniMI - Faculty of Psychology). For 15 years, he was a Cultor of the subject at the chair of Social Psychology and Work at UniMI, He began his professional career as a consultant for Selection and Training.

He holds the role of H.R. Development Manager for Beiersdorf S.p.A. (brands: Nivea, Tesa, Hansaplast) and Vice Director of Personnel and Organization of the Humanitas SpA Hospital Group, before joining Banca Mediolanum in 2004 as HR Management and Development Manager, eventually becoming HR Director in 2015.
