Anna Maria Ponzellini

Anna M. Ponzellini, a scholar of work organization, labor policies, and welfare, has taught Sociology of Work and Organization at the universities of Bergamo and Brescia and is a partner in a human resources management consulting firm (Apotema).

She has been studying women's work and work-family reconciliation systems for many years. She has published several books and various articles on these topics in Italian and foreign journals.
