Anita Somenzi

Of Cremonese origins but adopted by Milan, during her studies she lived for long periods abroad where she attended University. A degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, in 1990 she began her professional path at an English bank where she was able to learn methodology, discipline, and goal orientation. Her professional path has led her into the world of education, covering various roles for over a decade, always different within the same field.

Motivation to listen and observe people has been the key elements for a renewed attitude towards continuous improvement, also thanks to comparisons inside and outside the Organization. The responsibility currently held in the Company consists of two souls, a Training Team composed of 25 people operating on the front line in training activities for personnel working at the Airports of Milan, and the role of Training Manager in compliance with European Regulation for airports 139/2014 which establishes rules and training standards to ensure the safety of the system.

The passion and desire to understand what may lie beyond the boundaries of people's education and training allowed her a few years ago to embark on an exciting journey to become a Coach, which revealed new boundaries and horizons.
