International Award "Le Tecnovisionarie®" 2025Alessia Gloder is the Director of Space Applications at AdapTronics, an Italian deep-tech startup that develops robotic gripping technologies for industrial automation and space operations. With an international and multidisciplinary background, she focuses on technological innovation, business strategy, and commercial development.
In the past, she has contributed to various organizations in the space sector, including Astradyne, awarded as the best early-stage startup at the Italian Tech Week 2023, where she served as CEO. She is also a co-founder of Somaspace, a marketing, branding, and communication agency specialized in the space sector. She obtained a double degree in aerospace engineering and aeronautical propulsion from the University of Padua and Cranfield University in the United Kingdom; an Executive MBA in Business Innovation from MIB Trieste School of Management, a degree in clarinet, and has been a TEDx speaker in two editions. She has also served as the National Point of Contact for Italy for the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) and is part of the Rome Regional Network of Women in Aerospace – Europe. Always active in promoting STEM careers and space culture, she regularly participates in scientific outreach, mentorship, and networking initiatives.
