How to create a network and responsible leadership towards the path of gender equality

Within the XIV edition of the course "Gender, Politics, and Institutions", organized by the Single Guarantee Committee and promoted by the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Milan Bicocca, Gianna Martinengo and Valentina Goglio will be in charge of the lesson on "Networking and Leadership: How to create a network and responsible leadership towards the path of gender equality", scheduled for June 9th.

The objective of the course is to provide a set of knowledge aimed at promoting not only a culture of equal opportunities and gender sensitivity, but also specific skills for the active inclusion of women in political, economic, and social life. The course indeed involves the involvement of institutional and associative actors capable of focusing attention on equal opportunities policies and related practices. In this way, it will be possible to offer, in addition to general knowledge, skills oriented towards the application of equal opportunities principles and gender perspective in institutional and political contexts.
