In the world, there are 5.7 billion people who make up the workforce. Of these, 24% belong to Gen Z (aged between 15 and 24), but only 36% of them have a paid job. True digital natives, Gen Z presents itself as the most diverse, better educated, and more tech-savvy generation in the workforce. For these young people, efficiency is not measured by being in the office from 9 to 5, and the pandemic has strengthened this belief.

It is also important and necessary to support those who are entering the world of work to better understand what companies expect, where to orient themselves, and how to present themselves to enhance talent, training, and motivation.
On May 19, 2021 at 2:00 PM, Kelly Services Italia will speak with the Women&Tech® Young Ambassadors on these topics.
