
On the occasion of the UN World Creativity and Innovation Day, the Italian Women Diplomats and Executives Association (DID) is promoting an inspiring gathering dedicated to the theme "Generating vision to create the future: towards new models of inclusive, innovative, and creative Leadership", scheduled for Tuesday, April 21 at 6:30 PM at the Circolo degli Esteri, Lungotevere dell’Acqua Acetosa 42, Rome.
The initiative aims to be an authoritative and interdisciplinary moment of discussion on how to build leadership models capable of combining inclusion, innovation, creativity, and strategic vision, in a time that requires new skills and new languages to drive change. Among the institutional greetings, there will be a speech by Amb. Riccardo Guariglia, Secretary General of MAECI.
Among the participants in the meeting are Min. Plen. Fabrizio Lobasso, Deputy Director General and Central Director for the Italy System and Investments and author of the book “I Care About You: on the Path of Round Leadership”; Dr. Gianna Martinengo, President of DKTS and Founder and President of Women&Tech ETS; Dr. Francesca Panessa, Astrophysicist at the National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF); Prof. Blerina Sinaimeri, from the AI, Data and Decision Sciences Department of LUISS; Dr. Maria Cristina Pisani, from the National Observatory on Gender Equality – Equal Opportunities Department PDC; Eng. Maria Francesca Aceti, CEO of Deltha Farma; Gen. Massimo Panizzi, Trainer and Consultant – Defense Culture – FORM&ATP; and Prof. Guendalina Middei (Prof X), writer and author of the book “Do Not Renounce the Heart: Stories of Timeless Writers and Dreams That Do Not Fade”. The contributions will offer perspectives ranging from diplomacy to business, from culture to science, from artificial intelligence to issues of gender equality and training. The moderators are Rita Lofano, Editor-in-Chief of AGI, and Min. Plen. Serena Lippi, President of DID.
