Generate vision to create the future

On the occasion of the UN World Creativity and Innovation Day, the Association of Italian Women Diplomats and Executives (DID) promotes an inspiring gathering dedicated to the theme "Generating vision to create the future: towards new models of inclusive, innovative, and creative Leadership", scheduled for Tuesday, April 21 at 6:30 PM at the Circolo degli Esteri, Lungotevere dell’Acqua Acetosa 42, Rome.  

The initiative aims to be an authoritative and interdisciplinary moment of discussion on how to build leadership models capable of combining inclusion, innovation, creativity, and strategic vision, in a time that requires new skills and new languages to lead change. Among the institutional greetings, there will be a speech by Amb. Riccardo Guariglia, Secretary General of MAECI.  

Among the participants in the meeting are Fabrizio Lobasso, Gianna Martinengo, Guendalina Middei (Prof X), Blerina Sinaimeri, Maria Cristina Pisani, Maria Francesca Aceti, and Massimo Panizzi, with contributions ranging from diplomacy to business, from culture to artificial intelligence, as well as topics of gender equality and education. The discussion is moderated by Rita Lofano, Editor-in-Chief of AGI, and Serena Lippi, President of DID.  

The participation of Gianna Martinengo, President of DKTS and Founder and President of Women&Tech® ETS, highlights the value of an increasingly necessary dialogue between institutions, research, business, and civil society to promote leadership capable of generating concrete impact and a sustainable future.  

With this event, DID and the key participants invite professionals and stakeholders to reflect together on a central question for our time: how to transform creativity and innovation into a shared vision and real tools for change.
