Philosopher of the mind and language, historian, essayist, and songwriter with a master's degree in management control. Today he holds the position of Head of Research and Innovation at EXECO. He is one of the leading experts in Italy on topics such as awareness, responsibility, educational delegation, on which he holds courses and seminars in entrepreneurial fields. He has held managerial roles in academic contexts, was Director and Educational Director of the City Studi Campus of the Polytechnic of Milan and the Campus of the Vita-Salute University of the San Raffaele Hospital. In 2013, he published "Give Me Life! The words of relationships" with Laura Guzzo, followed by "Philosophy of education", "Philosophy of beauty" and "Being antifragile or of courage".
