At every age its own intelligence, at every age its own experience. Together, a unique potential.
Talk event on Zoom - June 24, 2021 at 2:30 PM
In Italy on January 1, 2019, the residents over 65 years old are approximately 13.8 million, equal to 22.8% of the population. In 1960 they were 4.6 million (9.3% of the total). This dynamic is reflected in the workplace - a sort of microcosm of society - populated by different generations that in the past would never have thought of meeting, collaborating, and producing together. A melting pot of experience and intelligence that Gottfredson describes as a "very general mental capacity that, among other things, implies the ability to reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, understand complex ideas, learn quickly, and learn from experience".
