In the health sector, a rapidly evolving world with revolutionary implications coming from new medicine, women, both scientists and industry managers, and representatives from the academic and institutional world, stand out for the innovativeness, effectiveness, and ethics of their work.
The state of emergency that the COVID pandemic has forced us to live in offers a unique opportunity for awakening scientific and ethical awareness to address human health with discoveries and therapeutic and diagnostic solutions that benefit the entire population.
In the near future, research must be approached in an interdisciplinary manner, going beyond established pathways towards a circular medicine concept that starts with man and returns to man.
We discuss this with experts from the world of institutions, industry, and scientific research.

They say about the webinar...
Scientists are not born, but they continue to become one every day, even outside the laboratory, in the public dimension of research and discovery. This has been reminded to us by the unprecedented cognitive effort made by science and medicine in a few months in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic, of which the event "Women in Health - Towards a circular medicine: the teaching of COVID" has captured the greatness and enormous potential for the future of research.
Elena Cattaneo
To carry out a great project, one must have the ability to dream big. And the ability to fight for their realization. Women have both of these abilities.
Maria R. Capobianchi
The reflections of these research and health experts are always interesting and stimulate a dialogue, which is essential to do together to establish some key points in this confusing 2020. Highly appreciated is the practical approach that many, like Rita Cataldo, manage to provide: women hardly get lost in purely theoretical issues.
Paola Sangiovanni
During the toughest moments of the pandemic, when there was a shortage of oxygen, treatments, and anesthetics, we realized how crucial active collaboration, based on ethics and respect for roles, between companies, public entities, and healthcare professionals is. We showed that we can act as a united team.
Paola Minghetti
Truly significant event for the value of the interventions that have taught us a lot about the role of research and progress in the fight against COVID; congratulations and thank you to the organizers and the excellent speakers!
