During this meeting, we will explore the journey from "ego" to "eco," the growth from managing oneself to leading a large team, and the journey of awareness of one's strengths and weaknesses which, surprisingly, are precisely the same strengths taken to the extreme, the so-called "blind spots." And we will discover that, at a certain point in one's professional path, personal fulfillment comes through "who I really am" and "who I work with" rather than "the role I hold."

It will be a moment of sharing, facilitated by Stefano Carella and Giovanna Pinna, who will share her professional journey.

The event will also include speed networking and elevator pitch activities among the participants of the Women Empowerment Program, followed by a closing aperitif.
