  • Year 1968: Degree in Chemical Engineering, at Sapienza University of Rome.
  • Year 1969: State exam for registration in the Engineers' registry.
  • Year 1969: Course for Reserve Officers at the Pioneer Engineer Battalion.

Work Experience

  • 1969-1973: Esso Standard Italiana Research Center in Rome.
    Research and Development Manager - gasoline department.
  • 1973-2005: Unilever Italia spa, in the following positions in sequence:
    - Frozen Products Process Engineer;
    - Frozen Process and Product Development Manager;
    - Factory Director for frozen French fries production in Abruzzo;
    - Factory Director for frozen pastry production in Turin;
    - Frozen and Ice Cream Quality Assurance Manager;
    - External Relations Manager for Unilever Italia.
  • 2005 to present: Despite being retired, he holds upon request from frozen food producers in Italy, the position of President of the Italian Frozen Food Institute in Rome, located at 10 Viale Pasteur, near the CONFINDUSTRIA building.
