Vania Alessi

A degree in Economics and Commerce, fluency in 4 languages, and a 15-year background as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant during which she conceived and managed numerous projects and events to promote textiles and Made in Italy worldwide, often traveling solo to all 5 continents.

In 2011, with the birth of her second daughter, she decides to make a change in her life and to contribute her own experience by founding in 2001 with her sister Jessica the business community Secretary.it, dedicated to manager assistants, the right and left arms of the "Executives". Within the company, she holds the role of Sales & Marketing Manager, manages social and digital channels, even though boundaries and roles are completely interchangeable. The managerial skills that distinguish her are related to problem solving and her communication and mediation skills.

Designing projects and support activities always focusing on the needs of Manager Assistants is a mantra for her. She feels like "A millennial, a facilitator and activator of energy, patient and socially curious, sometimes a little restless". Member of the Board of Executive Secretary Magazine, an international magazine dedicated to the role, speaker at some international conferences with which she collaborates and where she accompanies Italian executive assistants, and coordinator of some international solidarity projects on the role.

Sensitive to social solidarity issues and active in volunteering since a young age, she is a member of Rotary Monza Villa Reale, where she particularly follows the projects of the youth committee and the working group of the solidarity project "Suspended Meal".
