Graduated in Human Geography from the State University of Milan, Valeria has been working in the HR field for 15 years with a career that has touched different realities.
She has been working at ABB since January 2023 as an HR Business Partner for the Smart Building - Energy Distribution division, but her most important experience was gained in the Oil & Gas sector. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to experiment in many areas within the same function - recruiting, staff development, compensation, personnel planning and management - with a wide range of stakeholders.
She considers herself fortunate because she enjoys her job and the environment in which she interacts every day, full of continuous learning opportunities.
Valeria has a 3-year-old son, a husband, and 2 cats, and among her main passions are yoga, mountain, and reading.
