Curriculum

Valeria Braidotti is responsible for the strategic procurement of Travel, Marketing & Communication services, and the corporate Fleet for all Siemens group companies in Italy. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, with a Master's in Business Administration from Henley Management College (UK), she has gained strong experience in sales of complex services and solutions in multinational ICT companies, eventually taking on the responsibility of the Project Management Office and Innovation for the Siemens Group in Italy.

During this period, he managed collaborations with universities and scouting new technologies and led the implementation of project management processes, from the bidding phase to the execution phase, in compliance with good practices in risk management, contract management, active and passive claims management, quality management, customer and project stakeholder management, directing project reviews, promoting the sharing of best practices, evaluating and developing the skills of project managers, and regularly analyzing the project portfolio to address continuous improvement activities aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and project results.

Thanks to the experience gained in sales and project governance for clients in various business sectors, in 2017 he took on the responsibility for strategic procurement related to Mobility services and shortly after was also assigned the role of corporate Mobility Manager. In particular, he has full responsibility for the end-to-end management of Travel activities (about 2500 travelers) and Fleet (about 1600 vehicles), from strategic planning to service delivery, with a focus on service quality, TCO reduction, and the introduction of innovative solutions in line with corporate sustainability goals.
