Valentina Frezza

Valentina graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 2002. She began her professional career at SNAMPROGETTI / SAIPEM - Società Azionaria Italiana Perforazioni e Montaggi in June 2002, where she quickly rose to become Development & Recruitment Manager in June 2006, a role she held until May 2007. In the same year, she had a brief experience as HR Manager at Nutricia - Danone Group.

In February 2008, she joined the RCS Group, starting in the Personnel Development department at RCS Mediagroup. Two years later, she moved to RCS Advertising and the following year, to RCS Libri as HR Manager, a role she held from August 2011 until mid-February 2015. She then joined the Generali Group, taking on the role of HR Business Partner for the Business Unit Investment Asset & Wealth Management.

From 2015 to December 2017, he also held the position of Training & Development Manager.

From September 1, 2018, he joins the Banca Generali Group as Head of the HR Department with direct management over Personnel Planning and Administration, Benefits and Remuneration, Budget and Planning, Human Resources Training and Development, Industrial Relations, Personnel Selection and Management, Engagement.
