Valentina Cazzaniga

After graduating in Sociology with a focus on Work and Organization from the University of Bicocca in Milan in 2004, Valentina began her professional career as a recruiter and Human Resources Generalist.

Before joining SAP, she worked for two major American multinational companies: the Flowserve group, operating in the Oil & Gas sector, for 6 years as an HR Generalist and EMEA HR Centre of Excellence representative; and from 2014 to 2016 as an HR Business Partner for QVC Italy, a company in the TV & Multichannel Retail sector. Valentina joined SAP Italy in March 2016 as an HR Business Partner for the Services division, and then expanded her responsibilities starting from 2019 in the Chief Operation Office area and overseeing the SAP subsidiaries in Greece and Cyprus.

Finally, from October 2022, Valentina took on the role of People Initiatives Partner for the EMEA region, supporting Human Resources Directors in implementing programs aimed at increasing employee engagement and their sense of belonging to the organization.

Valentina lives in Monza, she is passionate about traveling, a mother of a 5-year-old child and a cat, she loves relaxing in nature, cooking, and spending time with friends.
