Curriculum

Tiziana Primori was born in Pesaro in '59 and has a daughter. Graduated in mathematics, she is Director of Development at Coop Adriatica group and Vice President of Eataly, the company chaired by Oscar Farinetti. Since October 2014 she has been the CEO of Eataly World Bologna, the company that is creating and will manage the first theme park dedicated to the excellence of Italian food and agriculture: Fico (Fabbrica Italiana Contadina). She is the President of Hera Comm and an independent board member of Hera and the University of Urbino.  

Passion and concreteness are the most important factors of her professional success, driven by the pursuit of harmonious growth of business and people, with a long-term perspective. From '82 to '86 she worked in a logistics center of a large cooperative distribution; she then dealt with logistics and production at Iveco (Fiat Group) until '90, before moving on to consultancy as CEO of Smaer, a company specializing in organizational innovation.  

Since '96 he has been at Coop Adriatica, one of the largest cooperatives in the Coop system, where he has been Director of Human Resources and Information Systems, Commercial and Organizational Director, and Vice President. Since 2009, he has been the general manager in charge of the characteristic activity of almost 200 sales points. He has also led Coop's activity in the South with Ipercoop Sicilia, Supercoop Sicilia, and Distribuzione Roma.  

Among its most innovative achievements, in 2008 it gave life to the Ambasciatori di Bologna: an original space, which on three floors houses a large Coop bookstore, a bar, a restaurant, and an Eataly tavern. The project was an international success, winning the World Retail Innovation 2010 and the President of the Republic for Innovation 2010 awards.

Most recently, he visited the Mercato di Mezzo in Bologna: the former city food market, unused for years, transformed into a space where you can buy, taste, and discover the best of the local food and wine.
