Founder of GC Governance Consulting, she is currently an Independent Director at SEA - Società Esercizi Aeroportuali - and has been an Independent Director at the listed food company Arena Agroindustrie Alimentari.

Always interested in innovation in the world of work and public administration, she is one of the pioneers in Europe in the systematic research of board members and their compensation systems, an activity she started in 1993. She has particular expertise in the banking, infrastructure, and public administration sectors.
