Susanna Gonnella is an Italian entrepreneur who has made managerial development and skills growth her trump cards. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the professional goal of developing individual talent and supporting group growth. It is precisely from this approach focused on change management that MyNoiLab srl was founded in 2008.

Engaged since 2007 in the UNI Standardization committees, she wrote the Italian standard on Mystery Audit and in 2015 founded the Mystery Auditing Italy Association.
