Stefania was born in Rome. Work and Organizational Psychologist at "La Sapienza" University in Rome. Engaged in the design, coordination, and teaching of numerous managerial and organizational behavior projects.

The topics of interest are related to empowerment as a mindset to be trained, therefore: communication, listening, leadership, conflict management, and teamwork are the themes that have been developed for companies in the Telecom Italia Group, Public Administrations, and Civil Protection in Abruzzo.

For about 10 years, internal teacher at G. Reiss Romoli High School - L’Aquila. Target audience: Managers, Middle Managers, Executives, Professionals.

Today at TIM, she follows Coaching and Mentoring programs in the Development Function. Listening, orientation towards relationships, continuous learning, are the personal qualities that guide her work in the field of Training and Development - both personal and professional - of the Clients she follows with dedication and a great sense of responsibility.
