Stefania Montesano

Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, she has recently completed a Master's degree in Executive Coaching. After a brief experience in organizational consulting, Stefania begins her career in human resources at Coca-Cola HBC Italia, where she spends 15 years.

In Coca-Cola HBC, she held various roles in the Italian HR team; in 2016 she joined the Group's human resources team as Regional Talent Acquisition & Identification Senior Manager, with the responsibility of leading the Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise in Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, and Hungary.

For 3 years she has been at Italiaonline in the role of Learning, Development & Compensation Director. Originally from Puglia and adopted by Milan, Stefania is married and has 2 daughters.
