Stefania Cinque

Born in Rome, graduated with honors in Law at the University of Rome La Sapienza, she has been head of Human Resources at Rai Way since 2014. Rai Way is a leader in infrastructure and network services for broadcasters, telecommunications operators, private companies, and public administrations, employing over 600 highly specialized resources and a transmission and distribution network of approximately 2,300 sites located throughout Italy.

Stefania Cinque joins Rai Way following the company's listing on the Italian Stock Exchange and becomes a promoter of the strategic Change Management mission and the configuration of Governance systems functional to post IPO. Among her tasks are also the identification of an organizational structure capable of reconciling the institutional soul with the competitive dimension of the company and the implementation of evaluation systems aimed at enhancing skills and configuring a distinctive culture.

Previously, within the Rai Group, she was responsible for the "Management and union relations" and "Development and Remuneration Policies" structures for the TV Production Division from 1999 to 2004. Between 2005 and 2013, she held the role of Vice-Commercial Director at RAI and later became General Manager of Rai World, for the international distribution of Rai Italia channel and the development of Rai's offerings abroad.
