After graduating from Salvemini High School in Bologna, he earned a degree in Political Science at the University of Bologna and also studied in Heidelberg and at the University of Trier, in Germany.
He completed an internship at the European Parliament and obtained a master's degree in gender studies and equal opportunities policies.
The institutional commitment begins as a Councillor in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and continues as Councillor for Culture and Equal Opportunities in the Province and for School and Policies on Differences in the Municipality of Bologna.
His political work is aimed at increasing and enhancing the representation of women in politics and, more generally, in public life.
Pay special attention to social cohesion policies, especially aimed at childhood and adolescence.
