Sara Spallazzo

Sara is an engineer, professional coach, mother of 3 boys, and responsible for Large Key Clients in the Merchant Services area for the Operations department at Nexi. For the past 20 years, she has been working in the payments sector and for the last ten years, she has been in charge of the Client Service Management team for SIA's clients.

First at the international level and then also at the Italian level, she has always been involved in the day-to-day management of all company clients, managing a team distributed throughout Europe. In this way, she has gained great experience in remote team management, a particular sensitivity in understanding the needs of clients and collaborators, and a strong predisposition to managing variety, never forgetting to reconcile everything with her large family.

Sara strongly believes in teamwork and in the responsibility of a manager for the professional growth of their people. This belief has driven her to become a Professional Coach and to be actively involved in internal and external mentorship and training initiatives within the company.
