Women&Tech® Young AmbassadorsEducator My educational background is rooted in psychological studies, having pursued a Bachelor's degree in psychological sciences and techniques, which forms the basis of my current occupation as an educator. During the three years of psychological training, I acquired in-depth knowledge that, in addition to providing me with a solid theoretical foundation, expanded my awareness of relational modes and dynamics.
These skills have proven to be of invaluable value in my role as an educator, allowing me to interact with children and young people of different ages, as well as to explore the challenges and resources in the school context. More precisely, my role is that of a support and reference figure for subjects with disabilities (mostly intellectual), providing help both in the educational activities proposed by the teacher, and in social interactions with classmates to allow for good integration. I deeply believe that the figure of the educator is important for the entire class group, as it serves as a bridge between students and teachers and among the students themselves.
Beyond the world of psychology and education, I have a deep interest in art and more specifically in dance, a sector in which I have developed a solid expertise. I consider this aspect crucial for my professional development, as it has significantly contributed both to enhancing some of my personal skills, and to outlining the path of studies that I would like to undertake and deepen in the near future, approaching the field of dance movement therapy. This innovative approach uses creativity and bodily expression to address sensitive issues and facilitate the process of individual or group self-exploration.
In conclusion, for me the values of sharing, respect, and equality are of fundamental importance: I believe that everyone's perspective with their own life experiences is of invaluable value, and being able to connect the precious contribution of each individual is a great opportunity for enrichment.
