Rossella Consonni

Rossella Consonni is an HR Business Partner at Oracle Italy. She began her professional journey in London, where she lived for two and a half years immediately after graduating in languages. Upon her return to Italy, she started working for a small consulting company specialized in assisting HR departments in managing their Expatriates: an experience that allowed her to become familiar with the world of Human Resources and to start her professional path in this direction.

Following are some other experiences, predominantly with American multinational companies and often participating in the start-up of Italian offices. Her collaboration with Oracle began in 2015 following the acquisition of a medium-sized software house where Rossella was the HR Director for 10 years.
