Roberto Fraccapani

Since February 1st, 2020, Roberto Fraccapani has been the Head of Presales for SAP Italy, with the responsibility of coordinating all pre-sales activities for Italian clients.

Entered SAP Italy in 2006 as a Sales Consultant to follow SAP Netweaver and business intelligence solutions for the Retail, Utilities, and Banking sectors, in 2012 Fraccapani was appointed Customer Innovation Principal EMEA with the responsibility of developing and coordinating meetings with the most important Italian clients based on the innovative methodology of "Design Thinking".

In 2015, he became responsible for coordinating all pre-sales activities for SAP Italy's Enterprise customers in the SAP HANA and Mobile fields. In 2018, he was appointed as Presales Manager for the Platform & Technology area with the responsibility of a team of 20 specialists. During the same period, he leads the EMEA South Enterprise Architect HUB. Fraccapani graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan in Computer Engineering.
