2010-2012: Coordinator of the IRER study on: new quality parameters for Padan milk, becomes a lecturer at the Pharmacovigilance Master's degree at the Pharmacology department of the University of Milan, member of the International Scientific Committee of Clinical Ozone Therapy (ISCO3), as well as a member of the scientific committee of Neuroscience at the Pharmacology department of the University of Milan. Designs an independent research plan on the effects of insulin suppression on breast cancer in white women. Designs a plan for predicting the Toxicity factors of new Oncopharmaceuticals through METABOLOMICS, activates the three-year postgraduate course in Comparative Oncology for Veterinarians; Receives the proposal for appointment as COMMANDER of Merit of the Italian Republic. RECEIVES APPOINTMENT as a MEMBER OF THE MEDICAL DEVICES COMMISSION of the MINISTRY OF HEALTH and is appointed as a consultant for OZONE at the EXPERIMENTAL STATION of the canned food industry in PARMA where he leads research on the reduction of pesticides in the fourth sector (minimally processed foods), and on the reduction of LISTERIA in Hams.
He is an invited speaker at the European Parliament on alternative systems to animal testing.
He is the author of 60 scientific papers in human and veterinary medicine and co-author of two books on ozone therapy.

2009: Author of the project ''4 F'', presented for EXPO 2015. Receives the appointment to join the SCIENTIFIC TECHNICAL COMMITTEE of AIFA and remains a member of the ONCOLOGY TABLE at the same Agency. Holds seminars on regulatory and pharmacoeconomic aspects, developing the RISK SHARING program.

2008: Creator of the ITACA project (Italian trial on Cetuximab advanced cancer colon assessment), the first oncology research project co-financed and shared by the region and industry (MERCK). He joins the Pharmacology department as a teacher in the Pharmacovigilance master's program, where he still teaches.

2007: Commissioner CUD (Single Medical Devices Commission, Ministry of Health) joins the editorial board of the magazine: 'QUADERNI DI FARMACOECONOMIA.'

2005: Responsible for the systemic OZONE THERAPY program in NEUROPATHIC PAIN at S. Angelo Lodigiano hospital. Holds seminars on ozone therapy at the school of specialization in ANESTHESIOLOGY and PAIN THERAPY.

2004: Commissioner of AIFA (Italian Medicines Agency) for the pricing committee and for the oncology consultation table. Holds seminars on behalf of F.I.F. (Italian Fitness Federation) on the relationship between nutrition and mood, and on physical and psychological dependence on steroid hormones.

2003: Named among the top 200 best European health experts and called to EUROPE BLANCHE to work on the drafting of European Health guidelines. As a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Milan since 2003, he is COORDINATOR for Lombardy of the European Project. Now safe for the protection of typical products in agri-food as well as for the MANTOVA 1-2 projects. In the same year, he founded 3 Ozone Therapy centers in Malaysia and 2 in Brazil.

1987 - 2003: Founded with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the first ozone therapy center in Beirut for gunshot wounds, later banned in Italy in 1989. In 1990, ozone therapy began in San Marino and collaboration with the Cuban school began, participating in the definition of ozone action mechanisms stated in two international congresses in Havana. In 1991, he presented the experiences of ozone therapy on breast cancer markers at the congress in San Francisco. In the following years, ozone therapy centers were founded in Spain and Malaysia. Later, a researcher at the Veterinary Faculty of the University of Parma. Then Professor of Ozone Therapy at the School of Specialization in Chemotherapy at the State University of Milan, Department of Pharmacology, member of the Ozone Therapy Working Group of the Ministry of Health in Parma, member of the Technical Territorial Committee on Drug Addiction in Parma, member of the oncology commission of the Lombardy Region and AIFA (Italian Medicines Agency), price and reimbursement commissioner of AIFA, VICE PRESIDENT ITALIAN OZONE THERAPY FEDERATION, member of the SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE ITALIAN FITNESS FEDERATION with which, in sync with the University of Milan, produced a four-year nutrition program for physical exercise and a program for promoting the performance status of Italian MILITARY AVIATION pilots (GHEDI PROJECT). Continuing the dual line of human and veterinary study, he studied bovine mastitis and infectious and neoplastic diseases, the applications in human and veterinary pathologies of OZONE and ozonized oils, and, above all, studies on pain therapy with gaseous ozone.

1980 - 1982: Coordinator of the left Secchia socio-health consortium. Streptococcal disease prevention plan in School Medicine.

1973 – 1980: Scholarship holder - researcher at the University of Parma, Faculty of Medicine, internal physician at the 2nd medical clinic specializing in endocrinology and metabolic diseases, then FAMILY DOCTOR, co-founder of 2 THERAPEUTIC COMMUNITIES, and a diagnostic laboratory (DIAGNOSIS CENTER S.r.l. Suzzara (MN)), founder of a small factory producing ozonized oils (OZONOIL S.A. BARCELONA), director of a school medicine research project at the ASL 47 Mantova.

1973: Graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery in Parma, after three years of internship first in microbiology, then in the immunology laboratories of the 2nd medical clinic and nephrology, registered in the Parma medical board with number 2596.
