Roberta Tempestini

I have over 20 years of experience in large multinational companies, with various roles in business transformation programs, CRM, technology, digital, and Customer Experience.

I am passionate about identifying and designing new solutions and technologies that can enable business transformations and innovation in business models and processes.

Graduated in Nuclear Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, I have had experiences at Accenture, participated in the start-up years of BIP, always focusing on the CRM area. I then spent over 10 years at Vodafone, with roles of increasing responsibility in both business and IT, where as a last role I led the development team of Digital Transformation.

From 2018 to 2020, I held the position of Global IT Business Application Director at Amplifon, with the goal of technological governance of omnichannel transformation, with international responsibility for the 25 countries in the group. For just over a year, I have been at Assist Digital, with the goal of commercial development of the technological and digital offering business in the Telco and Media market.

I live in Milan, with my partner, two of my children and two of his children, in a house always full of people: I read and run a lot; I go to the cinema and ski whenever I can.
