Rita Bencivenga

Researcher at the University of Genoa, she has been addressing issues related to gender policies, equal opportunities, continuous training, social inclusion since 1989, and since 2002 she has been collaborating with the province of Genoa on projects co-financed by the European Union.  

Among these, the European project presented at the conference, "Hello! Women" (Socrates Program, EU), which examines the need to trace specific and "tailor-made" paths of continuous training for women, to facilitate their access to the ICT world, whether they work or have been excluded from the world of work.
