Raffaella Vincenzo

Raffaella Vincenzo is the Accounting & Controlling Head of Siemens S.p.A.

Born in Milan in 1978, raised between Lombardy and Calabria, she graduated in Business Economics with a focus on International Business Management from Bocconi University and obtained an Executive MBA from the POLIMI Graduate School of Management.

After graduating, she won a scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and had the opportunity to work at the General Consulate of Italy in Hong Kong and Macao.

After returning to Italy, following a brief experience at Nestlé in the marketing function, Raffaella joined Siemens where she held various roles and increasing responsibilities in the Finance sector, both in Italy and Germany. She gained experience in start-up and liquidation phases of a Group company and in various sectors, from product to software business, from solutions to projects, until she held the position of Head of Finance in several Business Units before and her current position as Accounting & Controlling Head of the Regional Company.

Raffaella is married and has a daughter. She loves to travel and take long walks along the seashore.
