Raffaella Sella

I am a professional, a mother of 3 children, a company administrator, a friend, a sports enthusiast: I practice skiing, jogging, and gym. I work in corporate strategic consulting, social innovation, and governance systems for business development.

I am Secretary and Board Member of A.I.L. (Association of Lombard Entrepreneurs) as well as delegate of the Training Office, Risk Management and Social Responsibility of A.I.L. and Consortium District 33 since 2014.

Associated and Member of Women & Tech since 2015.

I am passionate about my work and believe in the potential of people and networking. My core values, in addition to family, are ethics, freedom of expression, passion, creativity, and determination. The right balance between work and life must be a condition to pursue in order to maintain a healthy mind and body, be a positive example for others, and preserve the energy needed to stay updated and give the best of oneself to others. I believe that the magic word to be included in every behavior and action is "love" (for everything that is done!).
