Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Raffaella Mollame began her career within the Marketing department of the Madrid branch of Telettra Telecommunications. In 1992, she joined IDC Italy as a Software Market Analyst.
From 1995 to 2012, his professional path continued at Microsoft where he held various roles with increasing managerial responsibility in the areas of Business Intelligence, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Marketing. For the latter area, he was responsible for overseeing global advertising campaigns for Southern Europe and the emerging markets of Latin America.
In 2012, she collaborated with CNCA, National Community Centers of Welcome, on a social sustainability project that involved the entire Italian territory aimed at digital inclusion of young target audiences.
In May 2013, she joined SAP as Head of Communications for the Italian branch where she is responsible for external relations, coordinating internal communication projects, and planning corporate social responsibility initiatives, with a particular focus on corporate volunteering. She is part of the Women Managers Group of Manageritalia Milano.
