Raffaella Ghizzoni

I have been working at Siemens for 23 years, in cross-functional roles that have developed my skills and professionalism in a varied and interesting way. At the beginning of 2003, I was able to gain work experience in Banbury, Oxfordshire, carrying out activities related to process improvement.

After about 3 years, I returned to Italy in the Compliance role, and then I worked on innovation projects, collaborating particularly with PoliMi, while broadening my perspective to the startup landscape at the national level. For a few years now, I have been involved in quality systems as well as governance in the field of project management.

As the sustainability manager of Siemens SpA, I always have the opportunity to approach current and very interesting topics.

I am an electronic engineer with a humanities background; I play classical music on my old piano and have recently developed a passion for Fit Boxing, which I practice with enthusiasm. I love gardening and baking sweets.
