Innovative Lawyer as well as a consultant in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and blockchain technology, intellectual property, privacy, and communication, Raffaella Aghemo, Lawyer of the Rome Bar Association, has been dedicated to the world of marketing and business for years, making this combination of experiences her strong point! Author, in collaboration with colleague Piera Di Stefano, of a paper for IAGOVES2020, entitled "Artificial Intelligence, ethical discipline, and fake news" and Co-Author of a quality study promoted by Blockchain Ladies, in collaboration with IBNO (Blockchain Observatory Italy) and the University of Federico II of Naples entitled "Women and the Blockchain Industry Investigation on professional careers and female employment in Italy and Europe." They are in the REPRISE register of scientific experts established at the MIUR for the section on the Dissemination of scientific culture.

I co-founded IUSINTECH, an interdisciplinary team that provides next-generation legal consulting and assistance to businesses. I am a speaker, as well as a promoter, in the field of Artificial Intelligence for the Avvocato360 platform by Stefano Montimoregi. I contribute to the working group on tokens and cryptoassets of the Blockchain Italia Association. I am a member of the Ethics Committee of Convy School, an app for schools that prevents and combats bullying and cyberbullying. I am a writer for 6libera.org, the observatory of ethical companies and workers to prevent and combat harassment and violence in the workplace. My passion for technology and digital tools, as well as my continuous research and study of recent developments in the business world, allow me to stay updated and prepared in the sectors that I specialize in. I write numerous legal and technical insights in the field of Technological Innovation and publish them on various Italian and foreign digital sites and publications.
