One can be happy... science says so45 years old, married to Elisabetta and father of Gabriele, Ilaria, and Michele. He has always been involved with people: Unilever, Vodafone, Artsana Group, Ariston Thermo Group, and most recently Microsoft are the companies where he has contributed to designing and implementing modern and effective HR strategies. He now holds the position of HR director at Agos, a Credit Agricole group.
In his free time he loves to travel - he has visited more than 50 countries - he adores cinema and science fiction series. As a true Roman, he can't resist a well-made carbonara, he has a passion for new technologies and social media, he builds challenging constructions with Kapla blocks with Michele, goes shopping with Ilaria, never misses a soccer game of Gabriele, and in turn, plays soccer and goes running with varying events.
He discussed the future of work at TEDxVarese in June 2018, at TEDxFoggia in November 2019, and is a respected national and international speaker on topics such as HR digital innovation, diversity, personal branding, and change management. He is the author of the book "The Future of Work Explained to My Daughter" (Licosia)
