Curriculum

Graduated in Economics and Business from Bocconi University with a specialization in Corporate Finance and a Master's degree in Tax Law. She began her career in the industrial sector with roles of responsibility in the strategic, Finance, and Holdings area first at Montedison and then at IBM before moving towards consulting, first at AT Kearney and then at PWC, where in leadership roles she consolidated and developed important projects in the strategy, operations, risks, and controls area. Today she is an Advisor on Governance and sustainability issues in support of medium and large enterprises.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of listed and non-listed companies with roles as Chairman of Risk, Sustainability, and Remuneration Committees. In the financial sector, he is a director of PBI s.p.a., which, together with Fide, is promoting the new fintech bank dedicated to SMEs, and has been a member of the Supervisory Board of UBI Banca.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Nedcommunity (the association of independent directors) with a role coordinating the Reflection Groups and a member of ADEIMF. He collaborates with ASviS in relations with companies and is part of the Scientific Committee of the Master of Il Sole 24 Ore aimed at board members and mayors, as well as in the area of corporate sustainability management. He is also a lecturer in master's programs and at universities on the themes of sustainability, risks, and innovation.

Co-author of " Sustainability in search of companies", the first book on the application of non-financial reporting, has started collecting and publishing success stories on their profile with the aim of rapidly and exponentially increasing the number of entrepreneurs and managers who, in addition to practicing sustainable development, take on an additional cultural role in communicating experiences and virtuous practices.
