Patrizia Ghiazza

After obtaining a degree in Law and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Turin, Patrizia has been active in the Executive Search and Advanced Leadership Programs sector since 1996.

He began his career in 1991 at Bancario San Paolo as Project Manager in the Training and Development Department, later becoming Senior Analyst at the Economic Studies Office reporting to the CEO. In 1996 he entered the world of Executive Search at Euren Intersearch, starting a long path of managing research assignments in the industrial sector both in Italy and abroad.

In 2004, he joined Eurosearch Consultants becoming Senior Partner of the Turin Office in 2010. He further expands his experience in the Finance, Insurance, Digital, and Media sectors.

Throughout his career, he developed extensive experience in researching and selecting top profiles of companies (CEOs, GMs, and Functional Directors) for Italian companies and large multinational groups.

In 2020, he joins as Director at Governance Consulting https://www.governanceconsulting.com/ where he launches and develops the Gender Equality Advisory division.

In 2018 she co-founded the STEM by Women Association https://stembywomen.com/ and starting from January 2021 she is the President of the Human+ Foundation.
