Patrizia Baretta

For 23 years he has been working in the Human Resources field: he started his career in 1998 in consulting as a trainer, then moved to the Istituto Bancario San Paolo di Torino and later to the Diageo p.l.c. group. In 2000 he joined SSB S.p.A. (Società per i Servizi Bancari) which later became SIA S.p.A..

Here he consolidated his professional experience within the Human Resources function in which he held different and growing roles and responsibilities, eventually becoming the Head of HR Business Partner of the SIA Group. He participated in the expansion of SIA by actively participating in various acquisitions and strategic operations both domestically and internationally, gaining experience in the integration phases at the Group level.

From January 2022 at Nexi, she has the responsibility for managing human resources by coordinating a team of 9 HR Business Partners. Already during her university studies, she delved into issues of female leadership, diversity, and inclusion. She also believes that passion for her work is the key to reconciling four elements that are not always so close: women, work, career, and personal life.

Graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Turin, Patrizia obtained her professional qualification as a Psychologist and a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organization from the Catholic University. A mother of a teenager, she has an English bulldog and loves skiing and the sea.
