Innovation Tram Speed DatePaolo Capobianco, 31 years old, lives in Busto Arsizio in the province of Varese.
After scientific high school, nurturing a strong passion for the humanities and sciences, he decides to pursue a three-year degree in Psychology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and subsequently, after a 7-month experience in Lisbon for the Erasmus project, he completes his academic journey in 2017 with a master's degree in Psychology for organizations.
Passionate about Communication, Human Resources, and Marketing, he begins his career at the French company Carrefour, where he is in charge of Selection and Employer Branding. Later, he decides to gain experience in consulting as an HRPO for Randstad, where he has the opportunity to work for BMW and MBDA (Leonardo Group).
After the acquisition of the Job board Monster by Randstad, officially announced in 2020, the same year he is chosen as Marketing Manager for the American company, a role he holds until March 2023 when he decides to embark on a new experience at ABB as Responsible for Employer Branding activities for Italy.
His biggest passion is music, and if he had to choose between going out at night, the cinema, or the nightclub, he would always choose to stay at home and play his guitar.
