Paola Testori Coggi

Paola Testori Coggi is a Special Advisor to the National Technology Cluster for Life Sciences, Alisei. She is a member of the Italian Delegation in the Program Committee of Horizon Europe-Cluster Health and Chair of the Task Force on Global Health and Covid-19 of T20 Italy. She is an Ambassador of Federated Innovation at MIND, Milano Innovation District. She is a scientific advisor at the Institute of International Affairs (IAI) and teaches EU Health policy at the Master's in European Studies at the European College of Parma.

Testori Coggi carried out her career at the European Commission where she was Director-General for Health and Consumers until 2014. She was President of the Pricing and Reimbursement Committee of the Italian Medicines Agency from 2015 to 2018.

Testori Coggi is a biologist with a master's degree in Eco-toxicology and an Honorary Degree in Veterinary Medicine. She has been awarded the title of Officer of the Italian Republic.
