Olimpia Merlo

Graduated in Economics and Management of International Business at Luiss in Rome, I started a career in the technology world early on.

After my first experiences in Italy, the United States and the Netherlands, I landed at Cisco, where I held various commercial roles for 8 years, with increasing responsibilities.

In Amazon Web Services for almost 5 years, I am a Sales Manager. My goal is to enable the people working with me to bring innovation to customers, starting from their needs and creating mutual trust.

Outside of work, I have a family with 2 children who keep me very busy, even at a time like this where my biggest passions, travel and art, are on hold.

I strongly believe in the themes of inclusion and diversity and in the fact that it is a cultural and social journey in which we all have a role.
