Nancy Pascall

Nancy Pascall will be presenting initiatives organized by the European Commission (for which she is responsible for the implementation and creation of new activities for Women and ICT) in collaboration with industry sectors to encourage women to pursue studies and careers in the ICT sector and to support them once they enter the workforce. The goal is to create a workforce with specific skills to counteract the constant decrease in the number of people studying and working in the ICT sector in recent years.
