Monica Possa

Monica Possa was born on October 18, 1964. She graduated in 1989 in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan. She has been the Director of Human Resources and Organization of RCS MediaGroup since September 2004.
An economist, she began her professional career at Bocconi University where, from 1989 to 1990, she was an assistant and researcher at the Center for Studies on the Internationalization Processes of Companies (CESPRI).

From 1990 to 1993, he worked at Gemini Consulting (a management consulting company) as a Senior Analyst with responsibilities for developing Business Process Reengineering projects in the Southern Europe region.

From 1994 to 1998, after obtaining an MBA, she moved to the Boston Consulting Group in Milan, where she was responsible for managing large organizational-strategic projects for clients in the consumer goods sector.

Simultaneously, she was the Recruitment Director for Italy and a member of the European Recruitment Team at BCG.

In 1999 she joined Omnitel (later Vodafone) as Head of Organization, where she held various roles, including Director of Resources Italy, Director of Human Resources Southern Europe, and ultimately Director of Human Resources SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa).

Since 2002, she has also been a Trustee of the Vodafone Group Foundation in the UK.

In 2002, she received the "Golden Apple" award from the Bellisario Foundation for best manager category.
