Born in Genoa 36 years ago, she lived in Africa for 3 years as a child. She graduated in Economics and Commerce with honors from the University of Genoa and moved to Milan 9 years ago to join VVA - Valdani Vicari & Associates, an Italian management consulting company.

She has been President of the Board of the Professional Women's Association in Milan since January 2008. The association promotes the professional growth of women and aims to offer them opportunities to expand their network and reflect on the main difficulties and opportunities, acquiring or improving their hard and soft skills. A Project Manager for several years, throughout her career at VVA she has worked in various sectors and companies.

The need to quickly develop a deep understanding of the competitive positioning of client companies and to identify effective solutions to their issues and needs represents a constant feature of consulting activity.

It has played a fundamental role in the creation and development of the Fashion Unit VVA and is now focused on the management and development of the Business Due Diligence and Food area.
