Monica Masotta

Graduated in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, with a Master's degree in Management & Telecommunications from Cefriel/SDABocconi. She began her career in 2000 as a Business Analyst at SSB SpA (Società per i Servizi Bancari).

He has carried out a large part of his professional career in the world of Card Processing. He gained international experience at SiNSYS NV/SA where he held various roles, first as Project Manager, managing migration projects in different countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland), and then as Head of Customer Support, responsible for customer relations.

Since 2013, he has been with SIA SpA and currently holds the role of Head of Service Line Card Processing Solutions as responsible for the development and management of products and services enabling card payments (Issuing, Acquiring, and Value-Added Services). He has extensive experience in complex projects and has direct expertise in technical and application service activities. He has consolidated a deep knowledge of banking systems and circuit protocols.

It deals with innovative projects in the field of card & merchant management and in the field of ecommerce.

She has a 7-year-old child and considers flexibility as one of the pillars on which human intelligence is based. She has learned how important it is to be able to adapt and quickly change her own habits.
